Sha Yang Ye, the only international spotlight robotics tour factory in Asia, celebrated its 40th anniversary and Employee Family Day on the 17th. The event featured the deployment of automated spray disinfection robots and meal delivery robots for on-site services. With 500 employees, Chairman F.C. Tsai led Sha Yang Ye, driving innovation in the robotics industry. The participants collectively shouted, "Sha Yang Ye 40. Leading the Charge," capturing the moment with aerial footage to witness Sha Yang Ye's diverse contributions and abundant energy in advancing the robotics industry.

Established in 1980, Sha Yang Ye, led by Chairman F.C. Tsai's passion and perseverance for the gear industry, supplies high-quality gear components to various mechanical factories. It has become the world's largest professional design and manufacturing factory for electric tool gearboxes and robots, with products marketed both domestically and internationally. Sha Yang Ye has continuously transformed and improved its capabilities. In 2019, it received recognition with the National Quality Award, marking a new milestone in the highest realm of corporate quality certification.

Facing global market competition, Chairman Tsai foresaw the future back in 2005, investing in robotics-related research and development. The "International Spotlight - Sha Yang Ye Robotics Dream Factory" was established, dedicated to promoting robotics education. In 2018, the "Sha Yang Ye Charitable Cultural & Educational Foundation" was founded to create a cross-disciplinary platform, integrating industry-government-academia-research resources. The goal is to deepen and promote the concept of robotics education. With support from both central and local authorities, Sha Yang Ye hosts the grandest Asian International Robotics Festival.

The inaugural year witnessed 1,400 robot elite teams competing on the same stage, with an impressive turnout of 130,000 participants. Expanding in the second year, the festival delved into AI applications and the theme of IoT smart cities. It connected the energy of the robotics-related industry, with the number of participants increasing to 170,000, making it a benchmark event in Taoyuan. This year's International Robotics Festival will bring together over 80 industry participants in the robotics field, fostering talent development by connecting domestic and international industry-academia cooperation chains. It aims to enhance the value of industry and life experiences, promoting collaboration and expanding domestic and international market marketing, showcasing Taiwan to the world.

During Sha Yang Ye's 40th-anniversary celebration, Chairman F.C. Tsai not only commended senior employees but also led the establishment of the "Technology Treasure Saxophone Orchestra," delivering a spectacular performance for the employees. The "2020 International Robotics Festival" competition took place amidst the festivities at Sha Yang Ye Robotics Dream Factory, showcasing the achievements of AI smart technology research and development, as well as the thriving development of Taiwan's robotics industry through this event!
