In response to the high demand for the heat treatment equipment and process research for the company's core product, micro-sized components, Shayang Ye collaborated with the Taoyuan City Economic Development Bureau's "Asian Silicon Valley Corporate Digital Transformation Service Team." They developed and implemented "Smart Precision Carburizing and Quenching Heat Treatment Technology for Micro Gears" to enhance core capabilities. The introduction of this technology is expected to optimize product quality and increase unit prices. The technology development and service team also assisted Shayang Ye in aligning policies and integrating solutions, expediting the implementation of the Industrial Bureau's "Shayang Ye Smart Precision Carburizing and Quenching Heat Treatment Technology Equipment Development" innovation platform project.
As for the recent investment decision, Chairman Tsai Feng-chun mentioned that Shayang Ye received an order for electric sunshades from Germany's Mercedes-Benz, demonstrating the increasing applications of miniature gear motor AI technology in products like cars, door locks, and retinal optical coherence tomography scanners. "Product reliability and miniaturization" are critical for customer satisfaction, Tsai Feng-chun proudly states. In the future, Shayang Ye aims not only to maintain its position as a global leader in the core technology of miniature gear transmission but also to venture into the field of robotics, exploring new opportunities in AI.
